3. How To Request A Refund

Submit a billing ticket through the client portal and include the service, invoice, reason for the request, and any relevant details.

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider.

4. Cancellations

Canceling a service stops future renewal according to the cancellation date and billing rules. Cancellation does not automatically create refund eligibility.
