Cyclone Hosting services may not be used for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, harmful, or disruptive activity.
Customers are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts, including activity by authorized users, scripts, applications, and third parties.
2. Prohibited Content And Activity
The following activities are prohibited unless specifically authorized by law and Cyclone Hosting in writing.
- Malware, ransomware, botnets, credential theft, phishing, or unauthorized access.
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, deceptive email, or email-list abuse.
- Copyright infringement, trademark infringement, or distribution of stolen content.
- Harassment, threats, exploitation, or content that violates applicable law.
- Fraud, scams, impersonation, identity theft, or deceptive business practices.
- Attacks, scanning, denial-of-service activity, or interference with other systems.
- Hosting or distributing illegal goods, illegal services, or instructions primarily intended to facilitate unlawful harm.
3. Resource Abuse
Customers may not use shared hosting in a way that unreasonably affects platform stability, network performance, storage, CPU, memory, email delivery, or other customers.
Resource limits may be enforced through the hosting platform, CloudLinux controls, service restrictions, or account suspension.
4. Email And Messaging
Email services must comply with applicable anti-spam laws and accepted email practices.
Customers must use permission-based mailing lists, honor opt-out requests, and maintain accurate sender information.
5. Enforcement
Cyclone Hosting may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, restrict activity, suspend services, or terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.
Severe violations may be reported to appropriate authorities or affected third parties where legally permitted or required.
